Our Story
The Liberty Course aims to turn silent battles into shared victories. Discover more about our story, which inspires our mission to set the captive free.
-
The Liberty Course was born out of lived experience.
After more than a decade of struggling with pornography and masturbation, our Founder recognised the need for safe spaces where these challenges could be addressed more openly, with both honesty and practical support.
Today, The Liberty Course exists to help others take their first steps towards freedom, knowing they do not have to face this journey alone.
-
The Liberty Course exists to help individuals find freedom from pornography and masturbation-related compulsive behaviours.
Our mission is simple: to create safe spaces where hidden struggles can be brought into the light, and where people can begin a journey towards lasting freedom, healing, and restored identity.

Break the Silence
We create safe, confidential spaces where people can be honest without fear of judgment.Support & Equip
We provide practical tools, guidance, and community to help individuals move towards lasting change.Freedom & Transformation
We believe real change goes beyond behaviour, it involves renewed thinking, restored identity, and lasting freedom. -
The Liberty Course is rooted in a Christian perspective, combining practical tools, honest reflection, and supportive community.
We focus on helping individuals:
Understand the patterns and root causes behind their behaviour
Recognise triggers and emotional drivers
Develop healthier responses and habits
Move from shame towards grace, accountability, and growth
While the course is grounded in biblical principles, you do not need to identify as a Christian to take part. It is open to anyone willing to engage with the content and explore a new way forward.
