Currently, the 6-Week Course & Taster sessions are designed for women only to provide a focused and comfortable environment for sharing.
However, our Facilitator Training is open to both men and women. We encourage men to complete the training to gain the methodology and tools necessary to launch and lead their own men’s groups within their local church spaces.
-
The Liberty framework was developed through a strategic integration of lived experience and multidisciplinary research. The founder’s personal journey of recovery is backed by extensive study into the neurobiology of compulsive behaviours, habit formation, and established psychological principles.
-
Our sessions are led by trained facilitators who understand the journey intimately. Many have personally overcome compulsive habits and have walked the same path you are on now.
-
After you submit our confidential registration form, our team will review your details and contact you with upcoming group dates. Occasionally, we may reach out with a few follow-up questions to ensure we provide the best support for your specific needs.
-
Your privacy is our priority. All personal details are password-protected and restricted to our administration team. Within a group setting, your identity is only known to your fellow participants and your facilitator, all of whom commit to a strict code of confidentiality.

Currently, our groups and training sessions are open to those aged 18 and over.
-
Not at all. While the Liberty Course is built on a Christian ethos, the core principles are effective for everyone. Our groups are inclusive and we warmly welcome individuals of all faiths or no faith at all.
-
The Liberty Course is a peer-led, educational, and supportive framework rather than clinical therapy. We provide practical tools and community support, but we can support with signposting where required.
