Our Mission
The Liberty Course aims to turn silent battles into shared victories. Learn how our story shapes our mission to break stigma, raise awareness and support women.
-
The Liberty Course exists to break stigma and help women find freedom from pornography and masturbation-related compulsive habits.
Our mission is simple: to start open conversations around a stigmatised topic, and support women to find lasting freedom.
Beyond individual recovery, we confront sexual exploitation and violence against women. By helping women end the cycle of consumption, we directly challenge the demand driving the pornography industry.
-
The Liberty Course was born out of lived experience.
After more than a decade of battling a pornography and masturbation addiction, our founder recognised the need for safe spaces where these challenges could be addressed more openly, with both honesty and practical support.
Today, The Liberty Course exists to help women take their first steps towards freedom, knowing they do not have to face this journey alone.
-
The Liberty Course is rooted in a Christian perspective, combining practical tools, honest reflection, and supportive community.
Our approach is anchored in the promise that “so if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed” (John 8:36), believing that true transformation is possible for everyone.
We focus on helping women:
Understand the patterns and root causes behind their behaviour
Recognise triggers and emotional drivers
Develop healthier responses and habits
Move from shame towards grace, accountability, and growth
While the course is grounded in biblical principles, you do not need to identify as a Christian to take part. It is open to anyone willing to engage with the content and explore a new way forward.
