Our Course
A structured, safe, and confidential space where women break free from pornography related compulsive habits through community and accountability.
Our course is for women who want to break free from compulsive pornography and masturbation habits. Rooted in a Christian perspective, we combine practical tools, honest reflection and a supportive community to help women understand their habits and move towards freedom.
Faith isn’t required to join. While the course is grounded in biblical principles, any woman aged 18+ is welcome.
Format: 2 hours per week, In-person

Yes. Our 6-Week Course and Taster Sessions are currently for women aged 18+, creating a comfortable and supportive space to talk openly, reflect and learn together.

The Liberty Course was developed from our founder’s lived experience, alongside research into compulsive behaviours, habit formation and psychology. Our sessions are led by trained facilitators, many of whom have their own experience of breaking free from compulsive habits.

Absolutely. We take your privacy seriously. Your personal information is kept securely and only accessible to our administration team. Within the group, everyone is expected to respect each other’s privacy and maintain confidentiality.

Not at all. The Liberty Course is rooted in a Christian ethos, but you don’t need to be a Christian or have a particular faith to take part. We warmly welcome women from all faith backgrounds, as well as those with no faith.

No. The Liberty Course is an educational and supportive programme, not clinical therapy. We offer practical tools, reflection and peer support, and where appropriate, we can signpost you to additional professional support.
